Construction Accounting Software....

Hi! Glad you dropped by here. I'm Rob, and I have my own construction business... and I'll be quick here and not waste your time.

Truthfully, the last couple of years have been extremely rough on my business and me. And I've been lucky enough to keep enough jobs to barely stay in business...

I found out fast that I had to make some serious changes in order to survive these current rocky times. One thing I just had to do was to analyze every detail of my business. Not something I find very fun to do, either...

But I ended up buying both construction accounting software and construction project management software. This made my business more lean and mean. The software paid for itself very quickly, wasn't very hard to learn to use, and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to finally get serious about their business.

That's why I threw together this website in case you might be struggling like I was.

Construction Superintendents

Construction superintendents have an extremely important job.

Not only do they have to continuously correct problems on a daily basis and manage people consistently -- their job seems to never be finished as long as the construction project is under way.

One of the other jobs and goals of a construction superintendent is to work smarter -- and not harder.

One thing that a construction superintendent has to be able to do is to communicate his expectations effectively. Every subcontractor works differently from the others based on the direct communication from the superintendent. On a jobsite, the construction superintendent also has to set very high expectations with all the subs. So a good superintendent is always reinforcing quality standards and expectations during conversations with the subs.

Some construction superintendents don't like to give praise to a subcontractor who does a good job, but they really should. Subcontractors like to hear a kind word every now and again. Subs are human, too. A good superintendent never tries to teat them as a lower class of person or worker.

The subcontractors are paid to do quality work, but if they go the extra mile it is always OK to say, "Thanks!"

Those construction superintendents who get the best results are the ones who have a great relationship with all of the subs and other workers. The very best construction superintendents work with everyone the same, and strive to develop a good game plan to build the highest quality buildings.

I could not survive a week without my construction superintendents!
